Within Wall Street firms, there is a perception of a culture where profits are placed before a client’s best interest. Where advisors are pressured to sell products simply to increase revenue. We chose a new model by breaking away from Wall Street and created a culture focused on giving sound advice.
The Mather Group (TMG) was founded in 2011 when our team broke off from Morgan Stanley to become an independent registered investment adviser. Since then, we’ve developed a modern, tech-forward approach that has propelled our growth— we were the fastest growing $1B+ fee-only firm in the nation in 2018*. Our assets under management have more than tripled and we have multiple offices across the nation.

Professional Development
